Me

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe I completed my Cambridge A Levels, achieving the top result in the country for A Level Art and Design, following which I took my talents to Cape Town, South Africa. I continued visualizing my ideas and excelled at studying a BA Visual Communications degree, graduating in the top 5% of my degree program.

My love of fine art is peppered throughout my work with the inclusion of multimedia art forms such as illustration, cyanotypes, and collage. I have found a strong belief in art and design as a problem-solving tool and I explore function, encourage interaction, and successfully differentiate narratives through the visualization of my designwork. My practice also adopts a progressive environmental and social outlook, specifically how design approaches play a vital role in the creation of sustainability.

Now studying an MA Graphic Design at the University of Edinburgh, I hope to further explore and push the boundaries of my work and challenge myself to new ways of thinking and creating that question and defy the current, dominant narratives.
